This job was pretty awful. No one gets promoted to AE. Took our two rep 28 months to finally get promoted. When you do get promoted your salary goes up 5k. Really crazy that a company this big with such a great reputation has gone so far down hill.

Good team. No micromanagement. The downside of this is poor onboarding, unclear expectations. Weird comp plan. Results in luck based outcomes
