Culture can be selfish on the sales side but Corporate culture promotes inclusion very well. It is a place designed to be open and inclusive; sales teams are built to sell as a team but there are dashboards and incentives that help promote selfishness.

I don't feel like BDRs are set up for success, there is a lot of emphasis on high activity and not a lot of time to spend actually learning and preparing for promotion or to better serve customers
