My overall experience at Salesforce was positive, this was driven by the junior-senior team culture and interactions. Guidance was readily available for SDRs and this created a collaborative and competitive environment.

Good overall experience, inspiring leaders. Flexible work environnement and quite good work life balance (for a sales role). Quota attainment depends on a big part on the role and territory.
