Former Employee3.1Sep 19, 2023I came in at a weird time. Recruited from a place I spent many years at. I got to Salesforce and in a few months of working there following ramp, they announced layoffs. The entire premise of what they sold me on had changed. Fortunately, I wasn't let go, but I needed more stability at this particular time so I left.

Former Employee1.4Sep 14, 2023toxic work environment - gaslight you on the terminology "do more with less" everyone here is in fear of being laid off. No clear direction nor room for growth. be prepared to be micro managed and constantly compared to your team members. given a small patch with accounts that have already attrited and expected to grow accounts that have been sold to death.
