Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall experience was good. Over time and post pandemic the culture declined significantly. Leadership took no accountability for this and the companies push for "Digital HQ" and remote-friendly working was an absolute disaster. The business is now made up of small factions of people who want to retain the old culture of Salesforce and then a separate faction of post-covid joiners who refuse to engage with people and have a work-from-home-first attitude.
