Overall experience was good. Over time and post pandemic the culture declined significantly. Leadership took no accountability for this and the companies push for "Digital HQ" and remote-friendly working was an absolute disaster. The business is now made up of small factions of people who want to retain the old culture of Salesforce and then a separate faction of post-covid joiners who refuse to engage with people and have a work-from-home-first attitude.

Great culture and great leadership. Low base salary is difficult living in SF when customers aren't buying in the current economy.
