The positive: you learn so much about sales because of the high pressure environment. I would trust to hire any AE that has been in Salesforce for more than a year. Cons: Micromanagement at every corner. Leadership only focused on pipeline and non-friendly environment. New rules coming out about in-office work and traveling up to 4 days a weeks for all departments. Shrinking HQ's and moving to hiring only within certain regions in a 3 year plan

There could be better opportunities to improve the culture but feels like they encourage do what it takes mentality leaving you feeling like are you growing as a rep.

Best place to grow as a seller. Experience across a wide variety of products and types of deal cycles. best training in the industry. Very collaborative culture. There is aways another promotion available if you're do maybe 2 years per role.
