Back to ReviewsFormer Employee My overall experience at Salesforce was good. The company culture is great, and the products are amazing. However, I would have liked more management support. Things move quickly, so you must keep up with the learning. This is a high-performing culture, so you must be willing to put in the time, even if it's more than 40 hours. On the plus side, the team members are great.
