Institutions are having to defend investment in Salesforce and our leadership, especially product, is extremely out of touch. The sales cycle is much longer, even for small deals. Leaders apply the same pressure for a 5K deal as as the 500K.

Current Employee3.7Feb 14, 20253 T’s matter more than you can imagine. I’ve seen great AEs flounder and okay AEs crush it. TMT attainment is ~30% and most people aren’t leaving accounts that even have a potential opportunity and new accounts are almost no where to be found. You can be successful here and make $400K+ but you need to stick around for 3-4 years.

Former Employee3.0Oct 16, 2024Mixed. Very high pressure, and a bit like sitting at a blackjack table. You might have an amazing year depending on your territory, but could also have a horrible year. Most stressful place I've worked at, but overall okay experience, good for the resume.
