Territories are lean, feast or famine, it takes at least a couple of years to get it...when you do you don't want to leave and then get promoted to first line leadership. Overall it's worth joining the company but you need to be prepared for the mental grind.

Quota is unrealistic and system is built with extreme bias. Your first week other BDR’s will tell you to “play the game.” This is code for putting in fake calls and meetings in order to hit the unrealistic quota of 22...Read More
