Good company, politics can be frustrating (but everywhere has that). Good solutions to sell and the company does pay commissions promptly and in full. Territory is soooo important here

Ohana cult gets an unbelievable amount of buy-in considering how poor the compensation is compared to competitors especially when business is good - they'll leave you with 25% of your previous year's territory accounts and still expect +30% YoY growth

Overall tenure was mainly positive, like any organizations there are ongoing issues and more recent ones as well given the current climate. TBH what I know now - would I do it again? Yes, 100% over - awesome solution suite, awesome people, and really fun sales culture.

Leadership is cut throat and borderline unprofessional. Lots of old school fear based leadership. The positive is you have lots of resources and brand recognition. Pay is average…definitely lots of politics…
