Salesforce the company is like its product. Powerful and complicated and so frustrating when things go wrong, which can be frequent. I like my team. Management is a mess. KPIs are largely unattainable.

Salesforce was my first experience into the 'big time' and while I was impressed with the Salesforce tower and abundance of technology and resources, I found leadership and training to be lackluster. I changed managers 3 times in my first month and the one I ended up with came from managing BDRs... let's just say they did not have much sales/closing experience. ...Read More
