Much like any company, how well you do depends on Talent, Timing & Territory. I’ve been pretty successful here but truthfully most people have not, I will say I truly believe this is the place to come to get your “MBA in Sales” because of how expansive the platform is and how your conversations vary pending so much depending on the solution. You are also surrounded by people who are serious about their craft and know how to run a tight business.

Salesforce was my first experience into the 'big time' and while I was impressed with the Salesforce tower and abundance of technology and resources, I found leadership and training to be lackluster. pay is awful but benefits are great. territories are not equal, if you get a bad territory you are screwed
