the company did a 180 since layoffs, the culture has become toxic with quotas jumping 60-150% in some cases retroactively... only opportunities to succeed are luck and favoritism. expect 0 back-up from managers although they acknowledge unrealistic expectations

pay is awful but benefits are great. territories are not equal, if you get a bad territory you are screwed
