This company is really a joke. The onboarding has no correlation to your job, so yes it's nice to have a month of paid freedom, but once you get your accounts it's like drinking from a fire hose. Salesforce is doing a massive hiring around hub locations and mandating a FULL return to office October of 2024. This is a way to silently lay off anyone who is not close to office. They're not providing enough seating, snacks or comp for this ask. This company is slowly sinking and it's quite obvious based on how leadership is acting. Do not come here thinking you'll learn more make money. You can come here to network.

My time at salesforce was great. I wish there were more inbound leads, but i was 110% to goal last FY and was one of the top earning reps on my team

As soon as you realize your base compensation does not reflect one of the company value (equality) even in the same internal career level and chatting with someone who works in the same team, same years of experiences, it hits you so strong that you start to understand some internal movements like promotions and assignment priorities.
