Really bad experience in financial services vertical! Definitely a boys club so if you are LGBTQIA+ or a minority this is not a good environment. Quota is unrealistic and system is built with extreme bias. Your first week other BDR’s will tell you to “play the game.” This is code for putting in fake calls and meetings in order to hit the unrealistic quota of 22...Read More
