The management was also very approachable, and I never felt like I couldn't speak to them about any concerns. The training program was thorough, and I felt well-prepared when I hit the sales floor. The organization also had a fantastic culture that made coming into work every day enjoyable. The factors that contributed to my achievements were my hard work, the support of my colleagues and management, and the fantastic resources and tools provided to me. Overall, I had a great experience working at the sales organization and would recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and positive work environment.
