Great company but in tough conditions. Culture has changed dramatically to a high performance culture which has its ups and downs. Its clear the company is in a transition which is hurting morale very much.

The internal matrix of the organisation was intense and often destructive. The pace and speed was intense and many found it extremely difficult. Products and brand awareness exceptional.
