My overall experience was that it was must be able to thrive in ambiguity, and work hard, but surrounded by great leadership and high quality colleagues. Good pay if the territory & timing align. Supported by best-in-breed marketing collateral. A lot of training provided.

Unrealistic quotas and a culture of constant criticism of the people doing the elk by the people watching the people doing the work. 1 person on the team came close to quota in FY24.
