Prior to '23, hitting your OTE was easy with SPIFFs, now they took that all away and about 20% of core reps hit their # on average.

My biggest advice is to look heavily into the leadership at Salesforce for your specific role. In a company of over 75000 employees I have vetted exactly where I want to go by looking at the leadership in correlation to my skill set.

A big company these days Internal processes and support are at an all time low, quotas are big and harder to hit. Great product fit and branding awareness in the market. Still have the potential to have great earnings if the stars align.
