Current Employee2.3Apr 9, 2024This job was pretty awful. No one gets promoted to AE. Took our two rep 28 months to finally get promoted. When you do get promoted your salary goes up 5k. Really crazy that a company this big with such a great reputation has gone so far down hill.

Former Employee3.9Nov 2, 2023Overall SFDC was a great place to work. Like every large company there are politics, however if you put in the work and hit your numbers you will be recognized and rewarded. I highly recommend SFDC as a great place to build a sales career.
