Leadership makes sure to remind reps their job is at risk and they are on the verge of a PIP after 1 bad month or quarter. Don't be mistaken, you ARE a number at Salesforce, not a person. Culture of politics and sucking up to the right people to be successful. SDRs are a revolving door and completely useless. Headaches to do simple things like creating and sending a quote. Would not recommend joining.

Fast paced, ongoing learning but culture changing and leadership is old.

Tough adjustments internally over the last 2 years. Good territories go to the 'in crowd' who have worked their way up internally. Little sympathy and flexibility from management if you find yourself with a poor territory. Not the company it once was for culture.
