Current Employee2.3Jun 6, 2024Salesforce isn't the best place to be at right now. The entire switch to "performance culture" really just means a crazy amount of micromanagement, pipeline and ACV. They made it much easier for your direct manager to put you on a plan basically after just 1 quarter of poor performance, which almost everyone isn't doing well right now. Former Employee2.6Oct 9, 2023Really didn’t like working at Salesforce. Micromanaged to death and the culture is extremely fake. The top reps usually have solid territories and do nothing but license add ons. Salesforce loses so many quality sales reps who actually bring customers from ee to ue but those sales reps have such terrible territories they are forced to leave.
