My experience has been good, learning a lot as a newer AE. Your success depends on your effort, territory, management and how fast you can learn. Your work-life balance will take a toll though, but it's rewarding if you make it.

My overall experience was okay - learned a lot in the beginning but after the layoffs begun, every team was down to 1-2 reps and it became difficult to leverage resources when the company cut ties with some of the tools we were using for prospecting.

Very supportive team environment. Always had the support of my team members to hop on enterprise deal cycles. Management seemed very attentive to the needs of the team. There was not enough opportunities to connect with colleagues that may not have worked directly with you.
