Got GRB AE offers from HLS, FINS & CORE - thoughts/recs on each vertical? Is there one team that is easier to do better in than others? What's the culture of the teams like?

I would agree with what others are saying. No Core. I would pick FINS first, HLS second. Those two industries will give you experience that will make you more marketable to other companies and future opportunities. You will find out that the culture here has been destroyed.  The Ohana is dead here!

HLS is a mess. Stick with FINS. Post COVID budgets in HLS have cratered. Unless you’re firmly in the need to have space with products you can currently offer (outside of what they already have with SFDC) HLS is a grind with noticeable turnover.

FINS is wayyyy better. They actually care to improve.

I worked in FINS and would say it depends on the product and accounts. For example, on a product like Mulesoft at the Strategic level can be difficult because large global banks have very long sales cycles and very old processes/systems, so ask beforehand what accounts and what the history is

I’d say go HLS or FINS, I think FINS is having a good year and some regions of HLS are doing really well and others not so much. A lot of it comes down to your patch and ability to get resources. I’d try and find out more about the patch you will be getting, have they been buying, company health,

I would avoid Core.  Core is the most expendable team.  Go with whichever industry you know best, but I think FINS might be the best.

Keep in mind that because it’s Oct. you won’t receive a book of business until around February 15th. It’s a rough 3-4 months before you can even start earning.
