Overall great company to work for. Decent pay structure. A lot of changes and meetings. Not sure what the future holds for them but holding on tight.

Going downhill in the last year. They are really struggling and people are scrambling for who to blame. It used to be a great place.

Market and product fit is solid and will continue to up level. Executive Leadership is not where it needs to be and has been up and down and changes based on numbers on a regular basis. Lack of a steady approach and constantly getting rid of top talent is an issue.

When I started (3 years ago) it was a great company with great leadership. Vista gutted the place and put incompetent people in charge.
