Number of reps in my vertical and role doubled since I joined. Inbound lead flow has not kept pace with headcount. Otherwise, product market fit, competitive landscape, and leadership are all overwhelmingly positive.

bad org for SDR work. they keep recycling the team. sales culture is toxic. every one who has been successful at this company is forgotten in the next 2 months. PIPs left, right, centre.

My experience started out great...but then big Sage took over and has ruined the company. Higher quotas, more red tape every day, increasing pressuring with over complicated processes. They roll out new processes and initiatives without thinking anything through make your life a living hell to figure out how to efficient and then change the process again. Price...Read More
