Sage is a great company to work for. Since they merged Intacct, it has brought on a lot of red tape, but that comes with all large Publicly Traded Companies. However, they recently implemented a commission cap of 160%.

My overall experience was positive. Great training and supportive culture. Competitive comp but annual raises are minimal (2.5%)
