Constant leadership changes with 0 continuity leading to a severe lack of understanding of the sales process, competitive market etc. Every new leader that steps in wants to reset everything and is hurting our ability to sell.

good company until big sage took over, now its a typically enterprise level software company that decreases benefits, vacation time, salaries/ commissions, and raised quotas. Not the same company as the culture is horrible and reason I left

Sage is a great company to work for. Since they merged Intacct, it has brought on a lot of red tape, but that comes with all large Publicly Traded Companies. However, they recently implemented a commission cap of 160%.

It started off great but due to major changes in leadership and over hiring combined with unattainable quotas - the experience has become really bad for SDRs
