- Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and VP of Sales are quick to pick favorites and give the favorites the best territories/opportunities/promotions.
- About 70% of the sales managers have little to no management training and don't know how to run a team.
- Leadership only wants what's best for the business and treats their employees poorly.
- Very unclear requirements for promotions and they only promote when they feel like it.
- The company used to be great, but has since fallen apart as it seems like the company is lost right now.
- Many top producers and long time employees have left for better opportunities where there is more money, better leadership, better culture, clear promotion requirements, and more innovation. The company won't sink, but they're in a rough spot right now and it's going to be a bit before they figure things out again.
