Current Employee2.4Feb 15, 2024Unfortunately, SPS will raise your quota to the extreme when you hit over 100% the previous year to avoid paying you out in accelerators. I hit over 150% in 2023, and they raised my quota by 258% for 2024 with the same OTE as 2023.
