Current Employee2.0Mar 15, 2024The product is excellent, but the culture is terrible. There is a lot of masogony and politics, headed by a dictator as a sales leader. Changing comp structure and success criteria at whim is the norm. There are a lot of good people here, but the leadership in the sales org. will ensure that they all leave.
