Best part about the company is that the core product is strong, which drives a steady flow of revenue. However this is ultimately shrouded as it heavily suffers from a poor GTM strategy, internal politics, toxic leadership, manual sales processes, and punitive changes to the compensation. SOTI is a company to break into tech sales but don't expect to stay and grow for longer than 2 years unless you are part of the "favorites".

Product was great, but management now believes they do not need the people and organizations that got them to market leader. Completely missed iOS, MacOS in platform until too late. But some great team mates that know how to sell.
