Product was great, but management now believes they do not need the people and organizations that got them to market leader. Completely missed iOS, MacOS in platform until too late. But some great team mates that know how to sell.

The product is excellent, but the culture is terrible. There is a lot of masogony and politics, headed by a dictator as a sales leader. Changing comp structure and success criteria at whim is the norm. There are a lot of good people here, but the leadership in the sales org. will ensure that they all leave.

Best part about the company is that the core product is strong, which drives a steady flow of revenue. Really bad leadership culture. May be an interesting place if you’re young in your career but don’t plan to stay more than a year. Learn what you can then look for greener pastures outside.
