The product is excellent, but the culture is terrible. There is a lot of masogony and politics, headed by a dictator as a sales leader. Changing comp structure and success criteria at whim is the norm. There are a lot of good people here, but the leadership in the sales org. will ensure that they all leave.

Really bad leadership culture. May be an interesting place if you’re young in your career but don’t plan to stay more than a year. Learn what you can then look for greener pastures outside.
