Overall, I really enjoyed working for SHI. Most importantly, because of the people and technology I was exposed to. My managers were involved and supported us but didn't micromanage. like working at an early start-up, all the troubles with zero equity. they didn't forecast until just recently, operationally clumsy - stick all/any errors to the rep and bad reputation in the field.
