My experience at SHI was great overall. I worked in Partner Relationship space and got to work with a lot of major OEMs and the sales teams within SHI. My overall experience was positive for someone trying to learn sales and get their feet wet. You’ll meet some great people here and the company culture is overall very solid. Although there is room for professional growth, the comp plan just did not seem in line with market value.
