Current Employee2.0Oct 18, 2023Not as it was sold. The company is great with the legacy hardware/software/license business but services are not a top focus of the legacy AE's or leadership. Additionally, the 2023 comp plan did not include any deal via partner despite it closing in 2022. A lot of great reps have left.

Current Employee3.0Jan 11, 2024Shi is a mix of under paying and promoting people who stay and accept below average pay. This leads to incompetence in leadership because shi only promotes from within but the only people who stay are ones who accept lower salary

Current Employee2.0Feb 10, 2024The only constant at SHI is change. If you can't handle your comp being slashed, having onerous data collection duties placed upon you or working in a horribly toxic culture, don't work there. The senior leaders are completely out of touch with the sales reps on the ground. There is absolutely zero sales training. You're a number in a spreadsheet.
