Negatives: immature internal processes and fragmented workflows between departments can create a time suck for sales.

I found that it was horrible training - we learned how to prospect through weeks of common sense being told to us in hours long sessions, but weren’t given ANY tools. huge boys club and horribly unprofessional environment - not in a fun way but in a leadership plays extreme favorites way.
