SHI is a great place to start out your sales career. There are ample training opportunities and it is nice to be in the same boat as many of your peers when it comes to experience. If you want to go from no sales to becoming a salesperson, especially right out of college, it is hard to find a better environment.

Great my first few years. Recent comp changes have decreased my salary a lot. Huge goals that most people did not hit last year.
