Really bad management, base pay, leadership, and development. Once you are in the role, they do not care unless you sell more. They force you to do awful baseline trainings reserved for people who just entered the IT space for the first time. They will give you no benefits or perks that are not sponsored by other vendors, ever.

Recent change in comp (have to hit security focused margin growth of 25% yoy or 100k margin per quarter) makes getting into your kicker very challenging when you already have solid security business.
