Former Employee3.0Sep 11, 2024the on going training is good and job is repetitive, not a lot of ways to make commission
Current Employee3.0Jan 11, 2024Shi is a mix of under paying and promoting people who stay and accept below average pay. This leads to incompetence in leadership because shi only promotes from within but the only people who stay are ones who accept lower salary

Current Employee3.1Sep 10, 2024Overall experience as a current employee: Pro: You can make good money at this company. Con: Very few leaders, way too many glorified managers. The company is too large to be this young. House of cards built upon sand.

Former Employee2.9Sep 11, 2023This place was great right out of college and gives a great base knowledge for the tech world but they really don’t care about their employees. Thai Lee is kind of a clueless boomer. I expect turnover to keep getting higher and higher as they don’t keep their wages competitive.
