Company does not invest in anything to add value to its customers and heavily micro manages its employees. Learned nothing during my time here. Seems as though leadership is just waiting to go public.

Public Sector has the same aggressive commission percentages as corp & enterprise…. Have you heard of the new town or new public school district that was just created? Lol. Sales paying public sector customer interest out of their own pocket for things sold years ago. $14 billion dollar company doing very well.

The leaders have gotten away from incentivizing sales teams but cutting their commission structure.

Limited potential to earn. Terrible comp and base. 10% or 20% of gm based on quota attainment. No accelerators. Most spiffs are converted to gm and only paid out quarterly at the 10 or 20% rate. (the company steals 90 or 80% of the spiffs)
