The company is highly regional. Some regions are wonderful while others are not. They are currently getting ready to sell and making cuts to once great pay structure. Still plenty of opportunity to make money.

base pay is very low for enterprise level, however it historically was made up for by high earnings potential with incentives. In 2024 leadership has recently changed the comp plan to include a gate for security products to get into your accelerators on a quarterly basis, which is making it much more difficult for reps to maintain or grow earnings.

Great place to be if you have a great territory and manager. Some people will be given active accounts, while others are given inactive accounts. You're measured like an SDR, AE, AM all at once. 95% of the opportunities you generate will be from outbound, and you won't have the tech stack to help you achieve your outbound goals.
