Current Employee This company is a great stepping stone into the industry, if you’re looking for something more out of your career in sales, you have to look no further than being lucky to get into enterprise sales in the field. Internal routes of operations don’t exist they rely on upper leadership to take of the tasks of bettering the company from within, this making improvements minimal and changes constant but not continuous. To get into a manager role may take upward to over 5 years considering most people aren’t going to leave and the company isn’t going to expand to bring in more departments/territories. Better off getting your experience for 1-3 years and then moving into a manager or desired career path elsewhere. Base salary is a significantly low to the competition while expecting the full sales cycle, no internal ordering/quoting (unless senior rep) or outreach support like a BDR/SDR at other companies. All this while prospecting on new and current clients, conducting meetings and dealing with accounting and other internal issues with ordering systems will tend to leave you unmotivated till you put it at least over a year to have enough pipeline to not be concerned as much.
