SHI is a great place to start out your sales career. There are ample training opportunities and it is nice to be in the same boat as many of your peers when it comes to experience. If you want to go from no sales to becoming a salesperson, especially right out of college, it is hard to find a better environment.

the on going training is good and job is repetitive, not a lot of ways to make commission
