Many top reps have or are bein squeezed out by changes in comp plans and the increased quotas. Once a well run organization, there is increased industry and market confusion of people and strengths.

Former Employee3.3Aug 1, 2023SHI has fallen far from where it was. My understanding is they've started taxing the sales reps and taking massive amounts of GM back from the teams. This place is on a rocketship to get acquired by PE and gutted. I'd stay away.
