Great culture, fun people but there is little support for sellers and no opportunity to increase compensation without a promotion; no raises, no changes to commission structure.

Great if you are just getting started. Leadership is a hit or miss and they are very big on favoritism. Be mindful of your brand but it was an ok experience.

Overall, I really enjoyed working for SHI. Most importantly, because of the people and technology I was exposed to. My managers were involved and supported us but didn't micromanage. base pay is very low for enterprise level, however it historically was made up for by high earnings potential with incentives. In 2024 leadership has recently changed the comp plan to include a gate for security products to get into your accelerators on a quarterly basis, which is making it much more difficult for reps to maintain or grow earnings.
