Semrush isn't the organization to join right now regarding a sales role. Incentives have been significantly reduced, quotas have increased 2-3 times in the last 3 months alone, compensation plans are changed the same month or even halfway through the month without any real rhyme or reason other than leadership wants to increase the Average Deal Size or prevent paying sales. To top it off new reps and even previously ramping reps have gotten their guaranteed payouts removed that were in their original contracts. Very tough to be in any sales positions in Semrush right now.

This company is ia mess, CRO, VP of Sales, Managers of Sales are all delusional & so inexperienced. Great product. Bad leadership, lots of changes frequently and compensation structure is unfairly geared toward SMB. Hitting quota but making less than your OTE is a common theme in the division.
