This company is ia mess, CRO, VP of Sales, Managers of Sales are all delusional & so inexperienced. They're used to transactional sales & now want to implement strategic sales, but cannot comprehend that it takes longer, more resources, etc. In my 8 years, I've never seen such a poor compensation structure, enterprise reps selling $$6,000 deals (for a year), giving their own demos, pushing back on large deals that need SE, no SDRs, & managers who cannot differentiate their ass from their face. During the interview, they will tell you that there's a lot of changes... which is true, but they won't tell you that you won't have support along the way, CRO nagging because he thinks 80K deals will take 90 days to close with just 1 demo, & that you will be a PM, CSM, SE, CS, Security, etc. On top of that, you have 0 prospecting tools (just Sales Nav) but expect you to prospect and get meetings. You will have to pay for the tools you need to be successful & you still won't be. You will be micromanaged every second of the day & create quotas based on dreams not data. Stay away!
