Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Tenured sellers at Semrush do very well. Quota has doubled since 2023 and the compensation plan has changed drastically to protect the company vs sellers. The product is great, and after year+ you can begin to sell some larger deals. The MM job description is not accurate, however. You end up doing CSM, technical AM, and SE work. And they now have MM selling the ENT product. It is not a true AM or AE role. Lots of weekly KPI's while putting out daily fires for Customers. Lack of consistent direction within leadership leads to confusion amongst reps. Browse Other Reviews
