Sales leadership could be better in terms of training that is provided and communication. Overall great company and fairly easy to hit quota on a consistent basis.

Changes in sales leadership are constant with a CEO who doesn’t believe he needs a sales team at all. Quotas are ever changing, with a 262% quota increase in q1 alone. Current Employee2.6Nov 9, 2023I was with the Kompyte business unit. The product is vastly inferior to Klue + Crayon. The Sales team had 12 head to head deals with Klue in Q1 and lost all of them. The CEO and COO don't know what they're doing and are scared for their jobs. They have a habit of randomly firing people and blaming them for the current quarter's numbers.
