Culture continually eroded away. The last team event I went to with our regional SVP we all had to pay for our own dinners and drinks. Everyone was invited to an end of year team event where everyone had to pay their own way. My overall experience was very positive. They have a great culture and product. The only down side is with being under SAP, there isn’t much autonomy to make certain investments.
